A few months ago, no one outside of Iceland had heard of Stjarnan FC. Now, thanks to their brilliant choreographed goal celebrations, they have become the most famous thing to come out of Iceland since, er… Bjork and strongmen.
This weekend they scored three goals in a win against Selfoss, and after each goal they showed off a new celebration:
Nothing as good as the genius fishing celebration, but it sure beats kissing your ring finger and pointing to the sky, or running to the corner flag with one arm raised aloft, or… you get the picture.
