Milan Jovanovic Shown Straight Red Card For Gently Patting Arnar Vidarsson’s Buttocks (Video)
By Chris Wright
Think that disciplinary action for fondling player’s rumps is the sole preserve of the Iranian league? Think again muchacho!
During Cercle Brugge’s 1-0 win over Anderlecht on Sunday, Milan Jovanovic (you must know him? He’s one of the best players in the world!) was dismissed for having the bare-faced cheek – ahem – to gently pat Brugge’s Arnar Vidarsson on the backside after being toppled by the Icelandic midfielder.
Skip to the 2:04 mark for the whole red card debacle – though there’s some lovely tongue action (damn I wish I knew how/could be bothered to make GIFs) at the beginning of the video that you may want to sit through first…
One again, Jovanovic was shown a STRAIGHT RED CARD for that.
Thanks to Pies fan Milutin Vujicic for sending this one in.

i think a 9 match ban is in order.
He should never ever play again. Attempted murder if you ask me.
The commentator says: “it’s hard to argue with the red card, it’s not a real kick, but he should have lowered his leg throughout the incident” ?!
The Police ought to get involved. You can clearly see him stab the guy with a cleverly concealed kitchen knife. Tut tut
Ah I see, the old five-point palm exploding buttock technique.
