West Ham captain Mark Noble was struggling to contain his pride on Twitter shortly after Saturday’s 2-0 victory over Liverpool.
However, it wasn’t the impressive home victory that had Noble beaming, oh no.
In fact the frugal Hammers midfielder seemed to be more proud of the 5p he’d managed to save by scooping up a stray plastic bag from the pitch and stuffing it down his pants.
