Quite a decent thing for London Underground (in conjunction with ESPN FC) to do during the World Cup, this – they have decided to post World Cup results on their information boards this summer.

However, could be a pain if you don’t want to know the score before you get home to watch the highlights?

And watch them all get smashed up after England are knocked out!

I remember some train stations doing the same thing years ago during the 2002 WC. I was on the train to London one morning and on the boards at one station it flashed up that Owen had scored against Brazil in the first couple of minutes.
