A week since the end of what was a thoroughly cracking World Cup, footage has emerged of the victorious French squad leaving their Russia hotel, with the staff in tears.
The French were deserved winners, with their youthful squad a joy to watch. However, it seems that they were equally charming off the pitch, with a number of the hotel staff heartbroken to see them go…

It seems even Adil Rami’s fire extinguisher antics couldn’t turn the Russian staff against Les Bleus.
