A big palavar over not too much really, only a young man being a bit of an eejit, surprise surprise!

England’s great white hope Jack Wilshere has gone on Twitter to defend himself over today’s ciggie-gate hoo-haa, psoting  photo of the great Zinedine Zidane puffing away before Tweeting “But for the record…. I don’t smoke”.

Using my almost god-like (ie pretty rubbish) Photoshop skillz here, I’ve magically amalgamated the two Tweets into one for your pleasure (as well as spelling ‘skills” with a ‘z’, yeah!). I guess a section of the media weren’t liking Arsenal getting all the positive coverage?

  1. Rob says:

I’m glad Jack hasn’t let a decent few games go to his head and compared himself to one of the greatest ever footballers.

  2. Kinky says:

… Or he was just making the point that he just had a rare one off cigarette, which really, is alright.

  3. mick says:

rob shut up you twat, you obviously dont get the point he is making. which wasnt to compare himself but to say one of the greats smoked and no one said anything…get stuffed you idiot your probably a spud, worry about your own teams players

  4. porcelain sandwich says:

As well as your phenomenal spelling of ‘skills’ with a Z, you also managed to spell ‘posting’ by swapping round the P and the O and then forgetting the indefinite article ‘a’ afterwards. Good show!

  5. KingB3113 says:

… Or he was trying to tell us that you need to smoke to be a world class player

  6. Fñarf says:

    … Or FNARF.

  7. DUMBO says:

@porcelain sandwich, *’swapping *around (not round)’ *’Good show.’ Fragmented sentence, please consider revising. One day you shall be a grammar Nazi, but it is not this day, this day you are simply an annoying cunt.

  8. YNWA says:

I guess that’s the only thing u can relate yourself to zidane mr wilshere isn’t it?
