Gabriel ‘Sylar’ Gray (played by American actor Zachary Quinto) is one bad motherf**ker in Heroes – he steals everyone’s superpowers, by slicing open their heads no less, and then does bad things with them.
Cesc also has superpowers, but I don’t think he cut open anyone’s brain to get them.
