West Ham United 0-0 Aston Villa – Premier League – 8th November 2014
Despite seeing West Ham lay siege to their goal at times, Aston Villa held on to secure a precious point and end their six-game losing streak.
The hosts created numerous chances throughout the game, with Diafra Sakho and the returning Andy Carroll going close on a number of occasions. However, Brad Guzan was superb in the Villans’ goal as his side held on for a vital draw.
The Hammers go fourth while Villa move two points clear of the drop-zone.
