I just want to kidnap him and keep him for myself…. So damn adorable! :P

  2. Sex God says:

legend! but is it wholly necessary for him to rest his feet on the ‘la liga’ trophy?

  3. Jill says:

It makes him feel a bit bigger? Seriously, that trophy’s almost as big as he is!

  4. Soccer Professional says:

Xavi can do whatever he wants with the la liga trophy.

  7. Miguel - NYC says:

Legend…and the brains (on the field) behind the Best Football Team in the world. Just like Puyol, he bleeds blaugrana.

  8. Grant says:

Does anyone know why some of the La Liga trophies are small and some of them are huge?

  9. Jill says:

Grant, some are the Champions league ones (ie the one he’s holding), the bigass one with the blaugrana ribbons on it is the Spanish league trophy, and the one by his feet is a Copa Del Rey trophy (King’s Cup to you English lot). Anyone else know what the rest are?

  10. Miguel - NYC says:

FIFA Club World Cup, Spanish Super Cups, and Uefa Super Cups

  11. Elemosho says:

He should have held the world cup higher over his head…lol

  12. Yaz says:

    @grant
Some are copy the big tropheys are the orignal that barca get too keep
For winnig 3 in a row

  13. Grant says:

@Yaz thanks a lot. I’ve never seen the answer for this anywhere.

@Jill, I’m not an idiot. I know all of the trophies are for different competitions. I’m asking why the trophies on the right side of the picture for winning La Liga are of different sizes. There are two huge ones and there are four little ones.

  14. Grant says:

1 Copa del Rey, 6 Ligas, 4 Supercopas de Espana, 3 UEFA Champions Leagues, 1 UEFA Super Cup, and 1 FIFA Club World Cup. Not a bad little haul if I do say so myself.
