West Ham striker Carlton Cole sees the funny side as he tumbles into snow on the sidelines at Ewood Park.

The Irons drew 1-1 at managerless Blackburn Rovers in one of the few matches in England that was not a victim of the cold weather. It’s a decent result for Avram Grant’s side, but they still lie bottom of the table. And whatever Avram Grant does in the next couple of games, Big Sam could be waiting in the wings, pen poised.

I like the picture of the statue covered with snow. Who is it btw ?

It’s Jack Walker (1929-2000), chairmain of Blackburn between 1991 and 2000. They won the Prem under him. Can you believe that ?

Blackburn WON it in 1995, honest.

Somebody know how many times the mighty Liverpool FC did ?
