Having been sent-off against Toulouse at the weekend after the referee took offence at his “sniper” goal celebration, PSG striker Edinson Cavani was treading on eggshells after he spun neatly and popped away the 87th-minute winner against APOEL in the Champions League last night.
Indeed, going to great lengths to avoid causing any harm with his stray bullets, the Uruguayan forward altered his trademark post-goal pose and instead fired a couple of celebratory rounds into the ground…
