Barcelona increased their lead at the top of Group C on Wednesday night, with a Lionel Messi brace helping the Catalan giants to a 2-0 against Celtic in Glasgow.
As well as netting two goals, Argentine wizard Messi also produced a bit of gymnastic brilliance to dodge a dangerously high challenge from Celtic hardman Scott Brown.
Messi’s first goal came on 24 minutes after an outstanding pass from Neymar…
One for the Barcelona fans.
Messi with a lovely goal, but how about that assist from Neymar. Stupendous. #FCB pic.twitter.com/pLANn0gcyd

The Barcelona attacker would go on to double his side’s advantage via the penalty spot in the second-half, while he also managed to finish the game with two legs, despite the best efforts of Brown.
The Bhoys’ midfielder did his best to scythe down Messi, only to the see the pint-sized genius deftly dodge the challenge and carry on as normal…

Exquisite!
The win sees Barca four points clear of Manchester City at the top of Group C, with a Last 16 clash with Arsenal no doubt waiting for them in the new year!
