Chelsea saw off Birmingham by two goals to nil in their FA Cup fifth round replay at St Andrews last night (photos up shortly), but it was the Chelsea players’ wanton display of anything more emotive than a fierce, dead-eyed glare before the game that really got ITV pundit Roy ‘Every Day’s A Jamboree’ Keane’s dander up.
As footage was replayed of John Terry, Frank Lampard, Michael Essien and Romelu Lukaku flicking each others’ ears and giggling like schoolgirls, Keane seethed – berating them all for their ‘stupid carry on’…
To be fair, he’s got a point – though Christmas in the Keane household must be a sheer delight.
