As part of the PFA Awards shindig at the Grosvenor Hotel last night, the various 2014/15 PFA Teams of the Year were unveiled – with the Premier League edition featuring a heavy Chelsea bias as six Blues made their way into the XI.
Let’s be honest, you probably couldn’t grumble if there had been a couple more Chelsea names (Courtois, Fabregas, Azpilicueta, Willian) in there too, such has been the general paucity of the competition this season.
Think we’d have gone with Santi Cazorla in the middle over Philippe Countinho and perhaps found a bit of room for Sergio Aguero too, but hey ho – they’re all perfectly legitimate inclusions.
