Shortly after winning the Premier League title without picking up a single Manager of the Month award for the second time in his career, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has come away with the big gong, having been named Barclays Manager of the Year.
Chelsea also broke the record for number of days at the top of the table this season having officially been first since Aug 30th, thus setting a new record of 274 days at the Premier League summit.
As successful as he may be, the Blues boss refuses to forget about the little people – accepting his award along with his staff…
Elsewhere, Eden Hazard completed the double for Chelsea by picking up the Barclays Player of the Season Award after scoring 14 goals and mucking in with eight assists over the course of the campaign.
