Overall Chelsea didn’t play that well against Marseille (twas a classic 6/10 display), but even without Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard they were much too strong for the Ligue 1 side. French youngster Gael Kakuta caught the eye with a lively performance – shame he was taken off midway through the second half; I wanted to see more, but by then Marseille were threatening to score and Ancelotti wanted to consolidate his side’s 2-0 lead.

Whatever, there’s almost no doubt that Chelsea will make it out of their group. Zzzz.

which match were u watching? i was there and he was pretty absent, hence the taking off

first half good, solid. second half so many mispalced passes, a man utd, arsenal or even citeh would have punished them severely
