Fulham 1-1 West Bromwich Albion – Premier League – 14th September 2013
West Brom’s start-of-season goal-drought finally came to an end on Saturday, courtesy of defender Gareth McAuley’s late equaliser.
The Northern Ireland international headed home in injury time to cancel out Steve Sidwell’s first-half effort in a game which Fulham really should have won. The Whites created the better chances but struggled to find a cutting edge and this would ultimately cost them when McAuley headed home at the death.
