Fulham 1-3 Everton – Premier League – 30th March 2014

Everton's Steven Naismith scores their third goal

Everton kept their Champions League hopes well and truly alive after winning 3-1 at Craven Cottage on Sunday. In the first-half the home side had created the better chances, with French youngster Moussa Dembele (not the Belgian one!) impressing. However, in the second period the Toffees took control, with the goals coming courtesy of a David Stockdale OG, Kevin Mirallas and Steven Naismith.

The Cottagers did net once in the second-half, courtesy of Ashkan Dejagah but the defeat sees them now five points from safety. Everton on the other hand, go four points behind fourth-place Arsenal, with a game in hand.
