PES 2014 ‘Game Features’ Trailer Arrives – Features Horrific Close-Ups Of Fronk Ribery, HD Sweat And Terrible, Terrible Dubstep (Video)

By Chris Wright

‘Tis that time of year again and, a couple of weeks after EA Sports started drip-dripping their new FIFA wares, Konami are following suit by releasing their “game features” trailer for the imminent PES 2014 title, which features horrific close-ups of Fronk Ribery’s screaming visage, Dante’s HD sweat and the game’s all new player engine – all set to terrible, terrible (and unnecessarily loud) dubstep…

Swanky. Looks like 2013 is definitely going to be a PES year again for Pies.

Maybe I will try PES this year

Knowing Konami, the game will be full of AI hacks anyway, from all the stray balls coming AI’s way to perfectly seamless passing between 60 overall teams, making single player modes hardly playable. That’s why I left PES for a long while and after coming back for 4 games decided to uninstall it completely. Why enhance ML and BAL if they’re still annoying in the AI interactions… I honestly hope I’m wrong about all this…

All PES ever add to their games is what the previous year’s FIFA had.

@Gabe: We’re Xbox at the moment, though seriously considering the leap to PS4 as and when the times comes.

After all the game developing, they only have approximately 15 different in-game clips for a 7 minute ad?

It does look pretty slick and classy. And I dunno about anyone else but that dubstep had me skanking for those 6 and a half minutes

^ I agree with ya mate.

PES (Winning Eleven in this part of the world) is THE best football game. Period. Screw EA sports and FIFA (the game and the mafia organisation masquerading as keepers for “the good of the game”).
