Nice of Derby to let a little albino orphan boy model their new strips

Praise be, the new Derby County home strips are upon us.

As we’re duty bound to not discriminate (even against teams from the wrong end of the A52) here on Pies, here are the photos…

Despite the immediately obvious flaws, we are actually going to offer a modicum of praise to Umbro – the classic diamond detailing on the shirt does have a certain pleasing nostalgic whiff.

It doesn’t really show through on the hi-res images, so allow us to momentarily lower the gamma brightness for you…

And the goalkeeper kit…

Aside from the nasty sponsor and the frankly absurd sheep badge on the chest, it’s a decent little football kit we guess.

You can order with custom mustard or brown sauce stains all down the front if you want, only £9.99 extra.

  3. Terry Shedingham says:

There must be some kind of specialised technique for removing obnoxious sponsors like this?

  4. Jarren says:

It’s about time either of you jumped up to the PL, Chris.

I thought early last season you’s would do it, but all to no avail.

Good luck for next season mate, it would be great to see Forest back in the top flight.
