Thanks to Portuguese graffiti artist MrDheo, Clint Dempsey is now the proud owner of these new custom-made Nike Tiempos – which must surely go down as the most outrageously and unashamedly American football boots ever produced.
MrDheo (the same fella responsible for Mario Balotelli’s tacky-as-you-like camo boots) collaborated with Dempsey and the Seattle Sounders to produce the star-spangled Tiempos, which we are assured are one-of-a-kind, 100% handmade and decorated using nothing but spray paint.
The special boots are to be auctioned on October 3rd and will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of King County in Seattle – a charitable childcare foundation.
