942082_20070920_screen005.jpgIf you are tempted by the prospect of buying Alan Hansen’s Sports Challenge – one of those interactive DVD-style quiz things – for your PC or console, then don’t. It’s poo, at least according to one reviewer from website RewiredMind, who savaged it:
‘Alan Hansen’s Sports Challenge is an abomination of monstrous proportions. If you’ve got any sense whatsoever – which I’m sure that you have – you’ll take that twenty five quid, buy the interactive DVD version of Bullseye (which is actually awesome) for a tenner and spend the other fifteen pounds on any other PS2 game that you choose…
All you need to know is that Alan Hansen’s Sports Challenge is undoubtedly one of the worst games – if I can even use that term – ever created for the PS2. When you think about exactly how many titles are available for one of the most popular consoles of all time, you’ll realise exactly how bad that makes it.’
Ouch. I bet Lawro will love that.
