Several of Nike’s international kits for 2012 have apparently been ‘leaked’ by a company in China, and we’ve snaffled a few photos for you to give the once-over. See what you reckon (open in a new tab for larger images)…

Any favourites Pies fans? Not sure about the huge ‘cuffs/armbands’ on the Brazil shirts or the faint sash on the US top, but the French efforts are suitably ‘Gallic chic’, if still a little rugby-ish for my taste.

Personally, I gots my eye on that fantastic Holland home jersey. Sweet as a nut, though the away kit isn’t exactly shabby either.

This little lot not enough for you? They have several more of the leaked Nike kits (Serbia, Turkey, Croatia, Slovenia, etc) over at Todo Sobre Camisetas. Go and have a butcher’s.

Holland Away and USA for me.

  2. Murray says:

Should the US uniform be taken as a sign that we’re going to be seeing a return of that crap “star kit” the 94 World Cup?

  3. MaxMad says:

Holland Away, definitely. And they finally nailed a USA kit for once, the horizontal stripes really captures the essence of their “oh-so-fantastic” flag.

  4. cajark says:

Both Dutch kits are stunning. French are classy. An thumbs down for USA kit

  5. syndex says:

just wondering if the yanks are playing wheres waldo (wally) ?

  6. Jon says:

Holland away is the star here for me, but France have got a nice pair of kits too. Brazil is pretty shameful.

  7. Mr. Sparkle says:

Nothing special really, I mean they’re not bad but it does look like the material will make you feel hot and sticky. Unlike the material they used only a few years ago that was comfortable to the touch although wasn’t “shiny”.

However, of all the kit makers, Puma is by far the worst. Their sizes tend to be smaller than they claim and are the heaviest and the least comfortable (I find at least). Christ, the Spurs Puma jersey from 2007 was disgusting. I think I wore it once.

  8. Sultan says:

Dutch for me, maybe with RVP on the back !!!

  9. JR says:

didn’t brazil and france just get new kits? I cannot even start to keep up with the amount of stuff coming out these days.

  10. Linek says:

    Portugal away is just great.

  11. Johann says:

hey! brazil copied my Boca Juniors jersey, i thought there was copyrights on jersey designs.

  12. mike says:

so the US will be playing in a red celtic kit.

  13. Tom Jones says:

Good kits. Except the USA one and the Dutch and Portuguese away kits who are poor/rotten.

  14. Caleb says:

Did anyone else notice the diagonal blue stripe on U.S.A? At first I didn’t like it but at least it’s creative, same with the dutch

  15. Dune Man says:

You cannot have red/white without the blue for the US. If you have any color for the US blue is the one. The faded sash behind the stripe just looks like a stain. If you go horizontal hoops then maybe blue a blue sleeve or blue top half across the sleeves and top of chest…but then that might start to look like a captain america outfit…which to be honest I still might like better then just hoops :-) If they cannot come up with anything good can we just get the black Dutch one with a blue patch??? Plenty of US sports teams come out with a black uni from time to time so I could see it still being a good seller….a black/blue dark option might get warn much more then the waldo hoops. I will ware a clown suit to the game, I dont care…but if I am just going to be waring it on the street I am not sure the waldo hoops are the way to goo….thumbs down to Nike….WTF you are a US company. Its one thing if Adidas or someone doesnt come up with a great US kit…but if there is one kit you should be able to get right it is the US.

  16. budki says:

    Slovenia not Slovakia!!..I am offended!!

  17. budki says:

    but slovinia is nice..

  18. Francisco Rodrigues says:

The other one leaked was not Slokavia kit, but the Slovenjan one!

  19. Josh says:

    USA and France away. Class.

  20. Sex God says:

France & Holland Away, U.S.A, too “Southampton/Waldo” look for me.

  21. Markell says:

Oh my… Portugal away, both Brazil, Holland away and the USA are MARVELOUS!!!

  22. df says:

i want that dutch away, but the frenchies and the usa away are pretty spiffy too!

  23. FRKI says:

France away kit is beautiful. Other kits are also good. Nike finally came up with quality designs, now they can shut down the company.

  24. Martin says:

After looking at the kits my opinion has solidified: Nike kits suck! Apart from the Portuguese home jersey, all jerseys are ugly. I’m more of a traditionalist so I hate the tight cut. It looks gay

  25. Dservon says:

US I kinda like, I think we have a poor crest design tho

  26. Kal says:

Holland away tops it all. USA and France…not bad!

  27. Mr. Sparkle says:

    @Martin

It’s not ‘gay’, it’s just pure absent mindedness at Nike. I mean, who isn’t going to feel self-conscious when they buy a shirt that’s way too tight. The average fan isn’t svelte, that’s been the problem with Puma kits (although the idiots there seem to think that a medium size should fit like a short).

  28. Mr. Sparkle says:

    I meant, small..not short.

  29. colisse says:

When will these jerseys become available for purchase?
    Holland home, France away <3

  30. Frankie says:

Im quite sceptical of the Dutch kits… they’ve had a really good line up over the past several years but these new ones are bit iffy. Asymmetric patterns just dont work for me ;\

  31. david says:

The USA kit is a bit strange though. It’s hard to see in this photo but there is a slightly darker sash running from the right shoulder down which is odd considering the shirt already has horizontal stripes.

  32. Slick looking kits all around — really impressed by what Nike’s been churning out over the past few years. Not sure if I like either of Portugal’s or Brazil’s shirts, but otherwise they’re stellar.

  33. frikki says:

took my a while to figure out that the USA kit was not Croatia.

  34. Adidas designs with their three stripes are always the same. They are boring. At least Nike is more adventurous. As for these latest designs, I have to agree that the one for France (both) are very classy. Netherlands is pretty cool what they did with the Orange color. The Portuguese Away is quite a statement better than the two verticle lines from the last WC. The Portuguese Home (hopefully with red shorts) is a return to their classic Jersey although I was getting used to the horizontal green stripe that really stood out and won them a lot of games! So I like both of them! The ones that are absolutely horrible are the Brazilian jerseys. What were they thinking with those sleeves? Will every player be the captain of the team? The American is just boring. At least they should have added some strong blue element with a star o stars to make it cool.

In the end the most striking one for me because it breaks all design standards and makes a statement it has be to the Portuguese Away Jersey. I can wait to see CR7 wearing it!
