Last night’s soul-stirring comeback against Dortmund at Anfield was temporarily tempered for one Liverpool fan who thought he’d managed to lose his phone amid the pandemonium that ensued in the wake of Dejan Lovren’s 91st-minute winner.
The Reds fan in question charged onto the pitch to celebrate Lovren’s dramatic header, only to have his phone slip out of his pocket at the crucial moment.
