Having touched down the day before, Philippe Coutinho was officially presented to the world as a Barcelona player on Monday afternoon.

The Brazilian was shown off to the thronging masses at the Camp Nou after sealing a British-record £142million transfer to the Catalan club over the weekend.

After signing his contract up in the media suite, L’il Phil then changed into his new work uniform and toddled outside to go through the obligatory ‘kick-ups’ routine as previously bungled by both Paulinho and Ousmane Dembele

He then really pushed the boat out by levitating a football using nothing but the telekinetic power of his mind…

With control like that, the lad will go far.

I remember him saying to ESPN Brazil a few months ago something like “if you do well in Liverpool, they build your statue. If you do well in Barcelona or Madrid, you’re just one more player……..”

guess you prefer to be just another player, eh?
