This is a rather nasty assault on Manchester United’s Adnan Januzaj by Hull’s Irish internation David Meyler. The midfielder plants his foot right on the winger’s leg and despite getting away with it at the time, one expects a call from the FA. Could the Hull man even miss the FA Cup final over this silly action?

  1. A decent person from manchester says:

Barely touched him, pathetic reaction and journalism

  2. savage says:

completely intentional and completely disgraceful. you can see him go out of his way to be a twat and stomp him. deserves a big ban for that

  3. jir says:

Thats what I thought when I see it once, twice. but you can see Meyler started his move before Januzaj quickly reach his leg and kick the ball.

I am MU fan (and really good at looking at videos)

@jir:True, Januzaj may have moved his foot quickly, I see what u mean there. But why didn’t Meyler apologize for making contact, as any professional/amateur/kid will know, that type of pressure on the shin/leg/ankle canes with studs directly applied. Deserves an FA Cup Final ban for lack of looking out for a fellow sportsman and lacking sportsmanship.

Now I know why Pardew nutted the cunt. Coward’s challenge.
