Stand by for a potential lethal dosage of adorable and get ready to meet young Lilly Rae Doyle, who was caused a bit of a stir after a clip of her bawling her little eyes out over her new school uniform started circulating.
You see, Lilly is a life-long (all three years of it) Manchester United fan and her new St Elizabeth’s RC Primary School uniform is blue.
Lilly doesn’t like blue – not one bit – for them’s City colours…
Lilly’s Mum, Faye, told the Manchester Evening News:
“I knew she wasn’t going to be happy. She just loves United, she is such an avid fan and loves everything to do with them. It’s always United, United, United.
“We went to buy the uniform earlier this week and we thought once she had it on we might be able to talk her round.
“It was a nightmare, I don’t know how we’re going to get on when it’s her first day at school because she’s not changing her mind.
“I don’t think it’s going to be easy!”
Fear not Faye, for United’s club shop have sprung into action to save the day after catching wind of the video themselves…
