With Real Madrid still hovering ominously overhead like vultures circling rotting carrion, David De Gea’s future at Manchester United is very much still of the ‘massively uncertain’ variety.

Like many United fans, Rio Ferdinand is concerned about the situation regarding the club’s goalkeeper.

Thankfully, being a pro-active kind of chap, the former United centre-half has gone out of his way to record a special “don’t go” plea for De Gea, using nothing more than his car stereo and a particularly appropriate 1992 Italian dance classic…

Got a message for you @d_degeaofficial … Please don't go!!! ❤️ #mufc

Rio Ferdinand, it perhaps should be noted at this juncture, is a 36-year-old man.

He gets where water can’t that greasy twat. Why won’t he just fuck off and leave United to their business?

  2. dickinson says:

@punchdrunk – because he loves the club he played for all these years as many United legends do. Are you jealous your club doesn’t have anybody as dedicated to it as United does?

As Italian as that track sounds, KWS were actually English.

Sorry, I had to say it.
