Manchester United secured second spot in the Premier League for the season after a rather uneventful goalless draw with West Ham at London Stadium.
The Red Devils had chances to win the game, only to be thwarted time and time again by some goalkeeping heroics from Adrian.
Played in a far from full London Stadium, the game’s most dramatic moment came late on, with Mark Noble and Paul Pogba sparking a confrontation between both sets of players after the Frenchman had fouled the Hammers’ captain.
Noble was lucky not to see red after grabbing Pogba by the face, in what was a rather mismatched clash.

Thankfully, the two midfielders were all smiles at the final whistle.

The result sees Jose Mourinho secure second in the table, the best placing of a United side since the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson.
Ex United boss David Moyes and his West Ham charges stay 15th, well clear of the drop-zone despite a difficult campaign.
