Why did you go back to ole format, it seems like your never putting more than 10 photos up know so you dont have to use the new one. Everyone likes the new on better??

  2. Ollie Irish says:

Sam, we have tweaked the old gallery system to it’s easier to navigate. The new format didn’t work because it didn’t load ads when you clicked on images, and without ads Pies can’t exist – so we had to revert. Sorry, I know some of you don’t like having to click through a gallery, but it’s a fairly standard format on the internet, and a lot of much bigger sites than Pies use it. It’s why we’ll try to keep to 10 pics or less, which isn’t too much to ask if it’s a subject that interests you.

Serie A is being kept afloat by marketing at the moment. The Bundesliga had usurped it to take third place in almost all other respects.

Some frightening figures in there though. Considering footy tops are now as much as £50, when you times that by millions it’s almost like the clubs, sponsors and kit-makers have a licence to print money.

A year or two ago I resolved to stop buying new tops out of principal. I thought the half dozen Liverpool tops that still fit me would do me just fine. Predictably, I’ve bought the last few tops within a week of them coming out. Bastards.

Now matter how hard we tried, or how close we came Bayern München would always sell one more shirt than we did. :P
Probably in the last ten minutes too.
