1. Mauro Zarate to Arsenal
The on-loan Birmingham star (pictured) is on the wish list of one big-four club, at least according to his agent. I guess it’s Arsenal who want him, as an Eduardo replacement. [Setanta]
2. Jonny Evans to Sunderland
Roy Keane is reported to have bid £5m for United’s on loan centre-half after a couple of successful spells at the Stadium of Light. [Football Pools]
3. Carles Puyol to Man Utd
Sir Alex Ferguson is lining up a classic “summer swoop” for Barcelona centre-back Carles Puyol. El Mundo Deportivo reports that Fergie is preparing a player-plus-cash offer that would see Gerard Pique move to the Nou Camp.
More rumours below, plus the chance to vote on which one you think is the biggest crock of doo-doo…

4. Mark Bresciano to West Ham
The Hammers have been linked with a bid for Palermo’s Mark Bresciano. The combative Aussie midfielder played for the Italians against United in the UEFA Cup last season, and is being linked with a £4m switch to East Laaaaarden. [KUMB]
5. Florent Malouda to Liverpool
Liverpool have made an unlikely move to sign unconvincing Chelsea winger Florent Malouda for around £10m. Talks with Malouda’s “people” have been positive enough to convince Rafa Benitez that the player would swap blue for red. [Daily Mail]
6. Steve Sidwell to Aston Villa
Martin O’Neill is understood to have identified Sidwell as a potential replacement for Gareth Barry – if his captain ends up at Liverpool. Sidwell can’t get a game for Chelsea and would relish the chance to fight for a first-team spot under O’Neill. [Tribal Football]
