Ah. South America. You gave the world excitable commentators, footballing flair… and huge brawls on the pitch. The one-all draw between Venezuela and Panama (which, ironically was a friendly) descended into a classic South American brawl which was started when the Panama goalkeeper started knocking seven bells out of a Venezuelan player after he conceded a penalty.
