A flare is let off behind the Rangers’ goal at Balmoor

Demoted and discredited, the mighty Rangers started a new, less glamorous phase of their existence with a hard-fought 2-2 draw away to Peterhead yesterday.

A capacity 4,500 crowd watched the Gers struggle to get anything out of the game, with a last-gasp Andy Little equaliser at least partly saving the blushes of the former giants. A long season awaits…

    I can’t wait ’til the 26th of August when they slough into Shielfield Park to meet the REAL Rangers.

    The Peterhead striker is a full time plumber and yet he scored against a defence that included two Scottish internationals, a Romanian international – former Serie A player and a captain of American national team.
    That Sevco team will surely provide more comedy gold this season
