We have a stone-cold classic from the “agonising for the ‘keeper” genre of own-goal here, expertly tucked away during the midweek international break by Macedonia right-back Daniel Georgievski.

With Latvia breaking through the middle and dinking a ball over the top for their striker to run on to, Georgievski did the decent thing and finished the counter-attack for them – running onto the through-ball and sending a delightful volleyed lob over his own goalie with the deftest of first touches…

Smooth as milk.

    This “footballer” scored 4 own goals in 6 games in the Champions League this season, 2 of which against Chelsea (one in each game). He’s our very own, Macedonian Kolo Toure, master own-goal clinical striker.
