Roma’s top-flight clash with Palermo was chock full of talking points, with Edin Dzeko’s howler surely the miss of the season. However, the Giallorossi frontline did ultimately produce a potent display, with Dzeko himself getting on the scoresheet in a 5-0 romp. But it was a goal from former Chelsea winger Mohamed Salah which really had the Stadio Olimpico buzzing.

After being put through by on goal by Radja Nainggolan, Salah looked to have been thwarted by Palermo’s 18-year-old ‘keeper Fabrizio Alastra. However, the Egyptian attacker still managed to curl the ball into the goal from a seemingly impossible angle to make it 4-0…

Both Salah and Dzeko bagged braces while Seydou Keita also got on the scoresheet in a win which sees Roma leapfrog Inter Milan into fourth place in the Serie A table.

That’s odd… I saw Roma vs Real the other day and he was absolutely awful. Could not chew gum and run at the same time.

“Video not available in your country”.

Chaps. How about not displaying stories in locations where the video the story is based upon isn’t available? Bit annoying hitting the link for nowt.

    Cheers!

      Seconded.
Besides which, what sort of prehistoric goon still believes in geo-locking content. Bbc is the same. Used to be the go-to service for Brits abroad; now Brits abroad are left out in the cold.
