We’ve got a bit of a soft spot for Mexican club Tiburones Rojos de Veracruz (The Red Sharks of Veracruz) here on Pies after they made it into our “20 Of The Best Club Badges In South American Football” rundown for fully embracing their shark-based image and featuring a Great White performing a Rene Higuita-esque scorpion kick on their club crest in what we can only assume is a tribute to their former goalkeeper.

As if that wasn’t enough for Veracruz to nab their place as your favourite Mexican side, they’ve now gone and installed a giant, fibreglass ‘shark mouth’ facade around the main entrance at their Estadio Luis de la Fuente home ground…
