Racing Club wrapped up their 18th Argentinian Primera Division title on Sunday thanks to a pivotal 1-1 draw against Tigres.

Despite conceding a stoppage time equaliser, the result still ensured that Racing’s lead at the top of the Superliga is unassailable heading into the final round of fixtures.

As you might expect, fans flooded the streets of Buenos Aires as a writhing mass of pale blue and white congregated around the Obelisk to celebrate.

One Racing supporter also went to great lengths to ensure his deceased grandfather didn’t miss out on the revelry by escorting his skull to the victory party…

A bit macabre, but not nearly as troubling as that bodily hair arrangement.

Now there’s an image you don’t forget in a hurry.

For anybody wondering if the date (1st April) renders the yarn a little suspicious, TNT Sports managed to grab an interview with the Racing fan (and the skull)…

Unless they’re in on it too. God knows who/what to believe.
