We are aware of the rather successful ‘Foot-Golf’ craze, with many of you no doubt enjoying a round of the silly but fun game. However, we fear that ‘Foot-Pool’, as featured on Spurs TV here, may not take off.

The wacky/zany/madcap idea to feature the game was no doubt the brainwave of some Soccer AM-worshipping pre-pubescent ‘media creative’ at the club, in the hope of competing with all the other silliness puked out onto the web by clubs desperate for hits.

Anyway, Belgian defender Toby Alderweireld obviously drew the short straw for this one, with the lanky Belgian forced to try his luck at the game, with rather awkward results…

Kieran Trippier, Dele Alli and Kevin Wimmer were also roped into the silliness. Poor feckers.

It’ll never catch on.

When a team buys a player, they really do *own* them, don’t they? At least street prostitution is an honest endeavour.

I know yeh, paid tens of thousands of pounds to kick a ball about. Then the clubs expect them to do a bit of extra-curricular activity to promote the club. I thought slavery had been abolished.
