Andre Ayew put Swansea 1-0 up after just 16 minutes after good work from the impressive Jefferson Montero.

However, the lead for the hosts lasted for just 11 minutes before Danish schemer Eriksen fired home a superb free-kick which left Lukasz Fabianski with no chance in the Swans’ goal.

Just four minutes after Erikesen’s equaliser, Harry Kane found the back of the wrong net, with the England man slicing Jonjo Shelvey’s corner into his own net.

After the break, the Lilywhites looked for an equaliser and it eventually came, again courtesy of a fine Eriksen free-kick.

The Dane almost bagged a hat-trick, dragging a shot wide late on.

However, the Swans themselves came close at the death, with Federico Fernandez forcing Hugo Lloris into a fine save.

The draw sees Mauricio Pochettino’s side go eighth in the table, with their unbeaten run extended to an impressive seven games. As for Garry Monk’s Swans, they find themselves in 11th place after a decent performance on home soil.
