The Dawse has been in brilliant form in 2010, much better than that of England rival Matty Upson (in my slightly biased opinion).

Dawson is strong, excellent in the air, brave, committed and better than you might think with the ball at his feet – some of his crossfield passing (mostly in the direction of Gareth Bale) is really very good.

He’s the form centre-back in England, no question. But would you take him to Sarf Africa? Vote below, leave comment, fill your boots etc.
