MAN City boss Roberto Mancini has green-lit the sales of Shay Given, Robinho and Roque Santa Cruz. With a host of new players coming in over the summer, the trio are all surplus to requirements at Eastlands. Now it’s just a case of finding some buyers.

So, let’s make some educated guesses:

Given to Arsenal or Celtic or Fulham

Robinho to Besiktas or Fenerbahce

Santa Cruz to Fulham or West Ham

“If Robinho, Shay or Roque want to stay, I’m happy because they are fantastic players, but it is most important the players are happy,” Mancini told the Times.

Mancini also added that the future of Robinho is set to be decided within the next “five or six days”.

Question: Who will City miss most?

Fulham for Santa Cruz, given the Hughes connection

i would love to see spurs sign santa cruz. hes technically brilliant and would be brilliant with either keane or defoe.i really wish harry would pull his finger out and make a couple of signings. this was supposed to be the window where we lured players with (possible) champions league football

  3. the cannon says:

arsenal most definitely better get given. with a keeper the quality of given we’d be pretty set. after 4 long years we would finally have a top notch keeper and given also has the leadership to command the defense and keep the in proper alignments. something almunia and fabianski afre incapable

    outside bet: Robinho to spurs…

  5. Thomas says:

In a perfect world, Given would go to Arsenal. I’m pretty sure ManCity won’t sell to a direct competitor because they are already refusing to do business with Spurs as well(Bellamy comes to mind). I think they should sell Given to Arsenal considering our ability to sell off Aby and Kolo, so just pay it forward ManCity. I would hope that Robinho would get his stay at Santos if they could afford him, but it’s not looking good for that. I think Santa Cruz will do well at either Spurs due to their schedule this year. Spurs need him more for depth, but I see Fulham benefiting the most if he would happen to transfer there.

Let Santa Cruz go to spurs and given to Arsenal so dat both of can start a new career

  7. ARSENAL says:

    if wenger doesnt get given…
