In which Neymar plants an absolute scorcher of a peachy plum (scorched peach plum? Mmmm…) past Belarus in front of the Stretford End at the ‘Lympics yesterday…

Huzzah! How about this for a snapshot (taken from the Stretford End and found on Tumblr)?

Sadly, he really ain’t half bad in between all the risible fawning, posturing and feigning. Seriously, have you ever known a player adorn himself with so many accessories? Sweatbands, bowling gloves, hair string, etc, etc…

For the record, Brazil went on to win 3-1 to ease their way through to the quarter-finals, with Neymar, Pato and Oscar all doing the business to overturn Renan Bressan’s early opener.

    It’s Belarus.

yeeeh its ok but this has nothing on Ryan Taylor’s effort against Braga, from the normal camera it looks good but from behind you really see how good it was! find it and give him a feature! the Neymar effect sensationalises this one.

that’s a sublime pic indeed…as much as most of us love to hate neymar, he’s really quite something and i do hope he moves to europe soon.
i think its only fair for pies to admit that Old Trafford is indeed the most beautiful ground in England, it not the world :)
