Morocco Soccer Club World Cup

Atletico Mineiro lost 3-1 to Raja Casablanca in the semi-finals of the Club World Cup last night with the Moroccan league champions scoring twice inside the last ten minutes to book themselves a place in the final against all-conquering Bayern Munich, though it was the Brazilian side’s consolation effort that proved to be the goal of the game – with Ronaldinho curling in a pearler of a freekick from 25-yards on the hour mark…

Indeed, despite beating their opponents by a rather substantially, it was the Raja Casablanca players that ended the evening in awe, with several of the team crowding around Ronaldinho at the final whistle to give their praise through the medium of intensely tender hugs before asking Ronny to bestow them with his boots and his sweat-infused headband – though hopefully not for cloning purposes…

It must be love, love, love.
