Norwich City 0-1 West Bromwich Albion – Premier League – 5th April 2014
Pepe Mel’s West Brom’s secured a precious three points away at fellow-relegation-threatened Norwich on Saturday. French wideman Morgan Amalfitano was the goal-hero for the Baggies, firing home a superb effort on 16 minutes. Norwich did their best to get back into the game, with both robert Snodgrass and Gary Hooper hitting the woodwork but overall a well-organised West Brom side arguably deserved the win.
The two sides are now on 32 points, five clear of danger and with a dramatic, tense run-in awaiting them.
