Overcome by a dizzying desire to meet his idols, a young pitch invader took to the turf at Brazil’s training session on Sunday evening, only to be intercepted by security guards and frog-marched back from whence he came.
However, having spotted the fracas from afar, Neymar then jogged over and prevented eight-year-old Bernard from being turfed out of the grounds, not only allowing him to stay and watch the Selecao train but also invite him back onto the pitch for a quick photo with the likes of Marcelo, Thiago Silva and David Luiz…

Not a bad little keepsake, though shame on Neymar for not engaging the flash!
