Brisbane Roar midfielder Katrina Gorry took it upon herself to show us all why she’s just been crowned the AFC Women’s Player of the Year by scoring an absolute ripper of a 35-yard drive against Canberra United in the W-League last weekend…

To put it in a bit of perspective, Gorry’s only 4’9″ tall (1.43m) – so her sumptuous strike really was a belter and a half.

Chris, we don’t give a shit about this. It’s not real football, it’s women’s football for Christ’s sake.

While I’d normally agree with ya Manly, as women’s sports are generally just so slow and boring…that was a ripper. Great goal, and considering her size, pretty darn impressive.

I’d take you seriously if your name wasn’t Manly Man.

Weren’t you one of the Village People?

    Gosh…. Nearly attractive…
