Group D, the ‘group of death’ in the 2015 Women’s World Cup produced a six-goal thriller on Monday night, with a vibrant Nigeria side twice coming from behind to earn a draw against European heavyweights Sweden.

An OG from Desire Oparanozie and then a goal from veteran Nilla Fischer gave the Swedes a 2-0 lead at the break.

However, goals from Ngozi Okobi and Liverpools attacker Asisat Oshoala levelled the scores early on in the second-half.

Sub Linda Sembrant netted from close-range on the hour-mark to put Pia Sundhage’s side back in the lead.

However, a superb through-ball from Ngozi Okobi set Francisca Ordega free, with the Washington Spirt forward calmly nutmegging Chelsea ‘keeper Hedvig Lindahl to give the Africans a deserved share of the spoils.

Quite a cracker! Enjoy the highlights…
