Unsurprisingly, a lot of the English press are getting a little bit carried away with England’s 3-2 win in Berlin on Saturday night. However, the victory did showcase the talents of the Three Lions’ new generation of stars, with Harry Kane netting a superb goal for the visitors, via a rather timely ‘Cruyff turn’.

Germany were 2-0 up, courtesy of goals from Toni Kroos and Mario Gomez, before Kane kickstarted the comeback on 61 minutes. The Spurs’ man pulled off a deft turn before firing into the far corner with aplomb (one of my fave words)…

Sub Jamie Vardy and then Eric Dier, with a last-gasp winner, secured a fine win for Roy Hodgson’s men, while Dele Alli also put in a superb shift in midfield.

Surely Spurs have to let Kane, Ali, Rose, and Lloris go to Man Utd. That is where they really belong. In return they can have Carrick back and maybe Rooney if he does not go to China. Also Ponch would be a better choice for manager than Mourhino.

What God-given right does United have that ensures Spur’s youngsters must always make the move to them at some point, in exchange for old players?
