In recent seasons, Lukas Podolski has become more famous for his comedic antics on social media than his footballing skills and the former Arsenal striker was in fine form again during a Germany press conference on Tuesday.
Reacting to a question about Jogi Loew’s now infamous (and utterly disgusting) ‘intimate sniffing’ antics, the 31-year-old replied with a cracking answer…

As for Podolski, after a successful season in Turkey where he scored 13 goals in 30 games, including Gala’s winner against rivals Fenerbahce in the cup final, he held on to his place in the German squad.
Incredibly, ‘Poldi’ currently ranks third for both total caps (128) and goals (48) for the Germans. Could the cheeky chappy hit the half-century in France? (not a chance!).
