West Ham boss Slaven Bilic has proved to be an outstanding signing by ITV for the Euros, with the Croatian an entertaining and insightful pundit. During France’s hard-fought 2-0 win against Albania on Wednesday evening, the 47-year-old celebrated another fine goal from Hammers’ star Dimitri Payet in classic fashion.
After a frustrating evening for Les Bleus in Marseille, injury-time goals from sub Antoine Griezmann and Payet secured a win which puts the hosts through to the knock-out stages.
No doubt proud of his midfield star’s strike, Bilic decided to jump on the ITV desk in celebration…
I’m off to bed but before I go I’ll leave you with this. Slaven Bilic is a hero. Goodnight. https://t.co/KLmLNbX69n

What a cracking spectacle courtesy of one of the best football pundits we’ve seen in quite some time. Although if Payet continues to shine in France, one wonders how happy Bilic will be if the playmaker has his head turned by some of Europe’s big-guns.
